Shows Gearing up for Holiday Performances

It's beginning to look a lot like...Showtime!

With Halloween right around the corner, many area shows are getting ready for their Christmas shows and tickets are already on sale.

In just one week, The Carolina Opry will begin their annual Christmas Special, Monday November 2. The show will run through January 2, 2010.

Other shows like the Palace Theatre's Christmastime!, featuring the Twelve Irish Tenors, also kicks off November 2nd. The Palace will offer other Christmas shows including "A Christmas Carol" from November 27-30.

On the north end, the Alabama Theatre will play host to their own holiday show beginning November 4 - January 2, 2010.

On the south end of the Strand, Legends in Concert will do run their tribute show with special holiday performances as well.
