The Samba Tower is "Get off of My Cloud". It is a circle of balloons that rotates around a vertical central shaft. The balloons then rise up the shaft to about 35-ft? Here's a link to a picture:

yeah they must have taken it down..it didnt look good, it was like pieces of the old lighter, or something...im kinda glad its gone
