There is no name for the park, as I type. Any suggestions? One guideline that I know of is that the new name can not have the word 'rock' in it.

The basic thinking is still that the park name should have a 'music' theme and name.

For me "The Park Formerly know as ...." is cute, funny and I love it! But it makes the 'legal' folks puke.

A stunning announcement would be a name associated with another group and call it Decades USA, but that is unlikely.

"The Park That Shall Not Be Named", but it must be whispered when you say it.

Decades? Does this mean the other one is in the works too?

The other music park has been in the works for several years, and at a much higher cost. I think that whole project has been put on hold. There is no association between the Myrtle Beach Theme Park and the proposed Decades USA in Arizona.

anime-bluecry.gif How about just "The Park", as you have been calling it. Also you r suggestion of "The Park Formally Known As". I just am so sick of hearing the words "family friendly", I think the people whining about it not having enough for kids are crazy, I wonder if they ever went there are even will ever go, as usual most of them are just looking for a hand out, so they complain. Steven Goodwin should be shot and I can't beleive he is getting away with this. The judge is crazy and I don't know how this could have ever happened in the first place. You would have thought every thing would have been known about at Bankruptcy court. Anyway that is water under the bridge. I hope the Led Zepplin does not have a silly kids theme, it would ruin it. I am going to just wait and have faith in the new owners to do right. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I wonder if "Rolling Stone Park" would be illegal. It isnt a magazine and it isnt a group but implies rock and roll.....hmmmmmmmm

Amazing to me that someone can copywrite the word "rock". I mean really .....how stupid.

I'm not so sure about that.

I've been in some rough, desolate places, but Eloy is worse than any I have seen in a long time. Nothing there but America's most wanted. Be a great area for Bates Hotel or Hotel California. I could certainly understand why a more upscale area such as MB would be more attractive. Anything is better than 1000 year old air and dirt. Last I heard, the Eloy park idea was scrapped for a completely different concept W on I10 which is perfect for the Rt. 89 corridor visitors. Doesn't that leave the R&R concept park open in the U.S.?

But that wouldnt be chosen because of the rides part. I wouldnt mind the park to be called Music Through The Ages or maybe have NIWS renamed that.

FreestyleMusicPark.com was registered on Monday by a representative of a web design company in Orlando, Florida. The domain name has gone from a GoDaddy start page, to an apache server startup page, to a Freestyle Music Park Coming Soon page in the past couple of hours.

Seriously, they should have just called it "Bankrupt Park" with a name like that.
